STEPHEN LEE

Managing Director / Partner

Stephen is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive, renowned for founding successful ventures such as Falcon Warefree, Quovas, SaniJet, and Safesight. Having held pivotal roles as the Former Managing Director at Mapleton Investments and Inova Capital, he currently serves as the President at Olympia Renewable Platform, overseeing a significant 240MW wind farm portfolio. In his capacity as the Managing Director at Waterstone Partners, Stephen brings extensive leadership to the firm. With a background managing over $800 million in real estate portfolios at Solaris Investment Partners and serving as a Strategic Capital Advisor to Gulf Capital Partners, he stands as a distinguished figure in the financial and investment arena.

BRANDON RIGNEY

CTO | Vice President

Brandon is an accomplished C-suite technology executive with over a decade spearheading innovation withinn the digital infrastructure, high performance computing and energy sectors. He is an alumnus of Indiana University with a Master of Science degree in Information Technology Administration and Management. He has extensive experience in large-scale Data Centers, Energy Controls, Renewable Energy, and Blockchain operations. He integrates a unique blend of technical acumen, operational dexterity and strategic foresight to Waterstone gained during his tenure in the tech industry.

KATRINA ROWE

Director of Research

Katrina Rowe graduated Middlebury College Summa cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts, having double majored in history and political science. She previously served as Consulting Director of External Affairs for Olympia Renewable Energy, where she helped manage affairs between RTOs (SPP and ERCOT), CO-OP (TCEC), and land owners. At Waterstone, she contributes an extensive portfolio of research experience to our team, encompassing academic rigor and legislative insights gained through her tenure on Capitol Hill.
